I have a 2004 ES330 when a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but next I go all but turns upon onto highway ramps, once I upset the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon taking into account the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights face on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried appropriately far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for associates in the intake. with I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems fine except that the TPS stays constant on the order of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model thus it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I agree to the TPS is integrated taking into account the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you desire the mechanic to know previously I be close to you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a tiny more approximately the difficulty history. It currently has a master tech attributed idle air direct valve and tps installed. without touching anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would direct in the car without this symptom.
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you happening to date upon all maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms occurring and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine work many factors may cause the thesame symptom(s)
