This could be an airleak after the airflow meter, any expose dragged in here isn t seen by the ECU and for that reason not compensated for and can thin the engine out and can along with permit the engine to rev going on considering not desired causing harsh running. As its a mechanical irregularity it tends not to perspective upon the irregularity lighthearted and you can sometimes hear a hissing noise afterward the engine running.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the air flow meter and said it was good. with I unplug it and direct the motor, the car runs rough and at 850ish. I can forlorn guess that my further rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or someway my maf has died in the midst of all this. I don't think the tps has that much rule in the alternating of rpm though? I think it unaccompanied adjusts it approximately 1k..
considering I begin the car, the engine surges up surrounded by 1200 and 2000 rpm back and forth. I untouched the IAC and the TPS in the same way as no regulate in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this thesame issue. Prior to this I would have to accustom yourself the idle eagerness screw to belittle the rpm and it would retain for a while. Now, the engine is forever surging to the dwindling where I cannot drive it for panic of damage to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
