I have a 2004 ES330 taking into consideration a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but in the same way as I go all but turns on onto highway ramps, taking into account I upset the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds back reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon later than the thesame engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights incline on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively further battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried for that reason far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for friends in the intake. once I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems good except that the TPS stays constant all but 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model as a result it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I understand the TPS is integrated gone the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you desire the mechanic to know back I be close to you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the freshen flow meter and said it was good. with I unplug it and run the motor, the car runs prickly and at 850ish. I can forlorn guess that my other rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or somehow my maf has died in the midst of all this. I don't think the tps has that much manage in the every other of rpm though? I think it and no-one else adjusts it nearly 1k..
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. taking into account the MAF is plugged in then the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is as well as an intermittent popping strong coming at idle.
