I have a 2004 ES330 as soon as a hestitation problem. I started the car happening this morning, it starts up and runs at 1750 and within a minute or in view of that climbs more than 2500.. It is doling out smooth though, just mannerism superior than it should be. I afterward checked the throttle screw plate/return screw, carefully turned it out and nothing changed. put it back up to exactly where it was. No vacuum leak sounds and all connections verified. I setting good very nearly them as I've been in there a bunch of times..
