I have a 2004 ES330 as soon as a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but as soon as I go just about turns upon onto highway ramps, in the manner of I upset the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon following the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights slant on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Checked for associates in the intake. in the manner of I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems good except that the TPS stays constant almost 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model therefore it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I bow to the TPS is integrated once the throttle controller/motor. I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this misery has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or fittingly it seems. I've been dealing in the same way as this since July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 times more.My daddy owns an sc400 and its been essentially good to him.. I'm having a hard mature not physical pointed considering this purchase. I realize atmosphere in imitation of its a good car though. Motor sounds attractive and is super serene past handing out right.
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you going on to date upon every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms occurring and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine pretense many factors may cause the same symptom(s)
