I have a 2004 ES330 once a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but once I go going on for turns on onto highway ramps, in the manner of I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon later the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights tilt on? Is the battery thoroughly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried as a result far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for connections in the intake. taking into consideration I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems good except that the TPS stays constant almost 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model for that reason it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I receive the TPS is integrated afterward the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you desire the mechanic to know past I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a tiny more practically the problem history. It currently has a master tech credited idle let breathe direct valve and tps installed. without disturbing anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would direct in the car without this symptom.
This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF related it is and no-one else measuring the freshen that is getting in the manner of the MAF, so if the intake manifold is sucking in ventilate the freshen to fuel ratio will be totally out and cause the engine to stall. If MAF is disconnected the engine goes into a limp measurement and lets the engine run. taking into consideration carb cleaner spray can spray can in the area of the hissing afterward the engine admin and with you hear the engine stall or rev future there is the leak ,could be a bad vacuum hose bad gasket upon the manifold.
