I have a 2004 ES330 next a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but similar to I go a propos turns upon onto highway ramps, following I pain the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds since reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon subsequent to the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights slope on? Is the battery thoroughly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively new battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried appropriately far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for associates in the intake. like I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems fine except that the TPS stays constant more or less 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model thus it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I take the TPS is integrated gone the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: whatever else you want the mechanic to know previously I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the ventilate flow meter and said it was good. in imitation of I unplug it and direct the motor, the car runs brusque and at 850ish. I can unaided guess that my other rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or someway my maf has died in the midst of all this. I don't think the tps has that much run in the exchange of rpm though? I think it deserted adjusts it all but 1k..
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. in the manner of the MAF is plugged in later the car will stall unless I put my foot on the accelerator. There is plus an intermittent popping sealed coming at idle.
