This could be an airleak after the airflow meter, any expose dragged in here isn t seen by the ECU and so not compensated for and can thin the engine out and can along with permit the engine to rev in the works subsequent to not desired causing rude running. As its a mechanical malfunction it tends not to point of view upon the deformity well-ventilated and you can sometimes listen a hissing noise taking into account the engine running.

This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF connected it is deserted measuring the expose that is getting in the manner of the MAF, hence if the intake manifold is sucking in air the freshen to fuel ratio will be totally out and cause the engine to stall. If MAF is disconnected the engine goes into a limp measurement and lets the engine run. as soon as carb cleaner spray can spray in the area of the hissing once the engine government and gone you hear the engine stall or rev higher there is the leak ,could be a bad vacuum hose bad gasket upon the manifold.
