I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon similar to the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Checked for connections in the intake. afterward I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant approaching 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model for that reason it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I allow the TPS is integrated in the same way as the throttle controller/motor. I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the expose flow meter and said it was good. behind I unplug it and control the motor, the car runs severe and at 850ish. I can lonesome guess that my other rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or somehow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much run in the stand-in of rpm though? I think it by yourself adjusts it just about 1k..
This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF amalgamated it is unaided measuring the ventilate that is getting in the same way as the MAF, suitably if the intake manifold is sucking in expose the freshen to fuel ratio will be extremely out and cause the engine to stall.
