I have a 2004 ES330 taking into account a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but similar to I go something like turns on onto highway ramps, later than I pain the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon taking into consideration the thesame engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery thoroughly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried appropriately far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for friends in the intake. like I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems good except that the TPS stays constant all but 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model correspondingly it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I tolerate the TPS is integrated behind the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: everything else you desire the mechanic to know in the past I affix you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the let breathe flow meter and said it was good. later than I unplug it and control the motor, the car runs uncompromising and at 850ish. I can isolated guess that my supplementary rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or someway my maf has died in the midst of all this. I don't think the tps has that much manage in the swap of rpm though? I think it unaccompanied adjusts it approaching 1k..
