I have a 2004 ES330 taking into account a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but behind I go in this area turns upon onto highway ramps, when I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon later than the similar engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights face on? Is the battery sufficiently charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for associates in the intake. in the same way as I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant in the region of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model for that reason it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I allow the TPS is integrated later the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: everything else you want the mechanic to know since I link up you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a tiny more nearly the difficulty history. It currently has a master tech endorsed idle air rule valve and tps installed. without distressing anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would manage in the car without this symptom.
Hello the TPS does have an effect upon switching the car into idle mode correspondingly I'd suggest to make certain the throttle plate is 100% closed and not slightly stuck gone carbon. and after that acclimatize the TPS suitably that the IDL fasten is continuous to the E2 fix once the throttle is closed, and approach circuit later than the throttle is just cracked. Don't cause problems about any voltages, the IDL approach is the really important one.
