I have a 2004 ES330 in the same way as a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but like I go concerning turns on onto highway ramps, later than I depress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon past the thesame engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights slope on? Is the battery sufficiently charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried thus far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. once I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant vis--vis 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model fittingly it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I admit the TPS is integrated afterward the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: everything else you desire the mechanic to know before I border you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a tiny more more or less the misery history. It currently has a master tech ascribed idle expose manage valve and tps installed. without moving anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would control in the car without this symptom.
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you in the works to date on all maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms going on and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine doing many factors may cause the similar symptom(s)
