I have a 2004 ES330 subsequently a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but following I go more or less turns on onto highway ramps, next I pain the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon behind the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights slant on? Is the battery thoroughly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively new battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried as a result far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. like I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems good except that the TPS stays constant almost 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model for that reason it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I admit the TPS is integrated in imitation of the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: everything else you desire the mechanic to know since I border you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a little more practically the misfortune history. It currently has a master tech ascribed idle ventilate govern valve and tps installed. without touching anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would rule in the car without this symptom.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. later than the MAF is plugged in then the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is plus an intermittent popping unassailable coming at idle.
