I have a 2004 ES330 when a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but in the manner of I go around turns on onto highway ramps, later than I afflict the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon following the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights point on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. later I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems fine except that the TPS stays constant vis--vis 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model thus it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I give a positive response the TPS is integrated bearing in mind the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you want the mechanic to know since I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a little more just about the suffering history. It currently has a master tech approved idle air govern valve and tps installed. without heartwarming anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would direct in the car without this symptom.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. in imitation of the MAF is plugged in then the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is in addition to an intermittent popping sound coming at idle.
