I have a 2004 ES330 like a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but later than I go something like turns on onto highway ramps, with I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon taking into account the similar engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively new battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried thus far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for friends in the intake. as soon as I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant regarding 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model for that reason it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I recognize the TPS is integrated when the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you want the mechanic to know before I border you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the let breathe flow meter and said it was good. following I unplug it and rule the motor, the car runs severe and at 850ish. I can without help guess that my additional rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or somehow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much manage in the alternative of rpm though? I think it isolated adjusts it going on for 1k..
Hello the TPS does have an effect on switching the car into idle mode correspondingly I'd suggest to make distinct the throttle plate is 100% closed and not slightly beached later than carbon. and subsequently adjust the TPS hence that the IDL fasten is continuous to the E2 attach behind the throttle is closed, and admittance circuit in the manner of the throttle is just cracked. Don't upset not quite any voltages, the IDL contact is the essentially important one.
