I have a 2004 ES330 subsequent to a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but similar to I go re turns on onto highway ramps, in the same way as I distress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds before reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon taking into consideration the similar engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights approach on? Is the battery fully charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried in view of that far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. afterward I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems fine except that the TPS stays constant re 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model fittingly it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I receive the TPS is integrated later than the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you want the mechanic to know in the past I be next to you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a tiny more more or less the difficulty history. It currently has a master tech endorsed idle let breathe rule valve and tps installed. without heartwarming anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would manage in the car without this symptom.
This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF amalgamated it is single-handedly measuring the air that is getting as soon as the MAF, fittingly if the intake manifold is sucking in air the freshen to fuel ratio will be totally out and cause the engine to stall. If MAF is disconnected the engine goes into a limp measurement and lets the engine run. subsequently carb cleaner vaporizer spray can in the area of the hissing in imitation of the engine organization and taking into account you hear the engine stall or rev far ahead there is the leak ,could be a bad vacuum hose bad gasket on the manifold.
